Squid Game custom made diamond painting

I made this custom Squid Game diamond painting using a blank canvas and some leftover drills that I had. I found some pixelated patterns from Pinterest and used them as my inspiration.

For the background I used my Sleigh Ride ink from Diamine that was in my inkvent calendar to paint the background.

I then used my Phomemo printer to print off the black and white images. I’m happy with how it turned out! Now I just need a frame for it 😁🚦⭕️🔲🔺

Diamine Inkvent – day 25

Merry Christmas to those who celebrate!

We are finally at the end of the diamine inkvent calendar and for our last day, we have a full 30ml bottle of ink. It’s another extreme sheening one called Good Tidings, a really pretty purple black with green sheen. On some paper it looks more gold, depending on the light and angle.

As I am fairly new to fountain pens and inks, I’m very happy with this ink calendar. It was my first time purchasing one and I will definitely be purchasing another one next year for advent season.

Diamine inkvent – day 24

Merry Christmas Eve to all who celebrate! I’ll be going to my best friend’s house later this afternoon to celebrate with her, so I wanted to make a quick blog post with today’s color. Only one more day left. Tomorrow’s is a full bottle and I can’t wait to see what we get. 😁

Anyway, for day 24 we got another shimmer ink called Salted Caramel. It’s a nice honey brown color with some gold shimmer. It was very dry with my glass dip pen, but worked well with my calligraphy pen. So this will work best in a larger nib.

Diamine Inkvent – day 22

Day 22 of the diamine inkvent calendar is another shimmer ink called Nutmeg. It’s a nice brown color with some gold shimmer. It did seem a little dry with my glass dip pen, but did fairly well with my speedball calligraphy pen.

I did enhance the pictures again in order to get the color to match with what I was seeing in person. I also did a close up of both the onion skin and midori paper swatches.
