Foster Care Awareness month

This picture of my dad and I is from the Father’s Day campaign video that the Children’s Home Society of WV posted to Facebook last year. My dad passed away a month after I started working for the society and I found out later from my aunt that she and him were both adopted from the agency. 🥰

CHS of WV Little Red Stocking campaign Facebook fundraiser

The agency that I work for is currently having a Facebook fundraiser to raise money for the Little Red Stocking campaign. All funds raised during the campaign are used to purchase needed items for children around the state during the holiday season. There’s no obligation to give. I just wanted to pass it along for anyone who might be interested. Thanks 😊

CHS Father’s Day campaign

My dad passed away a month after I started working for the Children’s Home Society of WV in 2007 and that’s when I found out that he was adopted through the agency, along with my aunt.
