Fountain pen ink samples from Goulet Pens

l’m so excited! I just got my 1st ever order of fountain pen ink samples and a 55ml bottle of Ralph Waldo Emerson Twilight Blue by Organics Studio that I ordered from Goulet Pens

I had to swatch them with cotton swabs because I ordered a glass dip pen from Jet Pens but it won’t be here until Monday. Once I get I will do proper swatches and samples. But I’m super excited to dive into the world of fountain pens and inks 🖋️😁

DIY trim and purple hair color refresh 💜💇🏻‍♀️

About 2 weeks ago I had used Ion Permanent Brights in Purple to color my roots and refresh my ends. But as you can see in the picture below, my hair had significantly faded and I was left with this faded purple that looked brown in some lights & a faded out purple with weird undertones in other lights. So I decided that since I had a 4 day weekend due to the Thanksgiving holiday, I wanted to refresh my color. I had also given myself a DIY trim using the ponytail method by Manes By Mell on YouTube, which I will link below if you want to check it out.

I used baking soda mixed with 20 volume developer and left on for 30 minutes with a bag to keep in the heat

This was the result after using Arctic Fox Purple AF in my bedroom lighting

These pictures are the before and after a using the DIY pigtail method to cut hair. I also trimmed about an inch off the ends

Ion Color Brilliance Brights in Purple 💜

I just finished coloring my hair with Ion Color Brilliance permanent brights in purple using 20 volume developer & I love the results! I had to take a picture in the hallway of my apartment building to get a good lighting because of the rainy weather we’re having. 😁💜☔️🌧️
