Day 10 of the diamine invent calendar is called Chilly Nights. It’s a blue black color with pretty shimmer. You can really see the black on the midori paper.

Day 9 of the Diamine inkvent calendar is called Wishing Tree and it’s a chameleon ink. It’s giving a greenish gray color and I can also see some pinkish undertones as well. I really like this one and would definitely use it.

Day 8 ink is a standard ink called Marley
I thought this was going to be a teal gray color because of the label on the bottle. However when I did the ink samples it was giving more of a purple gray color. I really like it and can see myself using it 😁

I decided that I wanted to try doing some ink swatches in the journal I just got from Notebook Therapy with 150gsm ivory white paper. The sheening and shimmering inks are showins off their properties very well on this paper. 😁🖋️
I’m off work on the weekends so I am posting earlier today and tomorrow. 😁
Day 7 is my least favorite so far. It’s called Lemon and Lime and it’s a chameleon ink. I had high hopes for this color because it looks very pretty in the bottle. However, doing the ink swatches, it’s giving highlighter yellow.
I feel like this color is most likely suited for painting, drawing and calligraphy with a broad nib. I wouldn’t write with it in a fine fountain pen though.

I did figure out that if you put down a swatch of ink and then write over it with a dip pen, that the green will show up. So that was a cool discovery. I’m new to fountain pen inks and this is my first chameleon ink.
